Leading Employees to Happiness

It has been proven that when an employee is happy within the workplace, they are more productive naturally. When a person is at peace with their environment, initiative exists, and the work flows effortlessly because it becomes a joy instead of a burden. 


I can lead employees to the true foundations of their dissatisfaction within the workplace, because it is only when the foundation is acknowledged, that it can be broken, creating space for a new foundation to be laid.


Every new perspective gained, creates the possibility of a new reality. To encourage effortless work flow, requires encouraging the individual employee to address self and their relationship with the work.

Guiding Employers to Roles of Leadership versus Power

In the corporate pyramid, it is the top that is responsible for the trickle down. Everything that occurs at the top, manifests all the way down, infiltrating the entire pyramid with one of two options, positivity, or negativity. 


For a fruitful, successful business to exist, ALL that are a part of how the business runs must be perceived as equal. 


When the people at the top see the people at the bottom with the same importance as they see themselves, unity can occur, encouraging all that are a part of the pyramid to empower the pyramid. When the people at the bottom feel less than, they will likely avoid empowering the pyramid, to avoid empowering those at the top that suppress their importance.


I can guide employers, managers, CEO's etc., to the foundation of the disconnect they may have with their employees. It is only when the foundation is acknowledged, that it can be broken, creating space for a new foundation to be laid.


A true leader does not seek power over others, but rather, seeks to empower others with the understanding that empowering others IS empowering self.
